Sarah Clark, P.Eng. 

President and Chief Executive Officer

Sarah Clark joined Fraser River Pile and Dredge (FRPD) as Chief Operating Officer in 2014. She has responsibility for the company’s operations throughout Western Canada.

Prior to joining the FRPD team, Sarah was President & CEO of Partnerships British Columbia Inc., a provincial crown agency with a mandate for supporting the delivery of public-private partnership and other complex project procurements. Prior to joining Partnerships BC, Sarah worked for Bombardier Transportation, both locally and internationally.


Albert Low, CPA, CGA 

Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration

Albert Low joined Fraser River Pile and Dredge (FRPD) as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Finance & Administration in 2016.  He has overall responsibility for the Company’s financial management, affairs and stewardship and leads the finance and administration teams including human resources and IT.

Prior to joining the FRPD team, Albert was Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of the Corix Group of Companies, a North American energy and utility infrastructure company.  Albert previously held senior financial positions in the retail, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, and high technology sectors.


Mike Bevan-Pritchard 

Senior Vice President, Major Projects Development

Mike originally joined Fraser River Pile Driving in 1974 where he worked his way up through the ranks gaining experience in many areas of the company including estimating and project management, eventually reaching the position of Senior Project Manager when he left the company in 1981. Mike rejoined the FRPD team in 2005 where he now holds the position of Vice President of Major Project Development. Mike is focused on developing strategies for the pursuit of major projects and building relationships with other companies and individuals with the goal of forming partnerships to increase capacity and expand the company’s technical and geographical reach.

After leaving Fraser River Pile Driving in 1981 Mike co-founded a successful mid-sized marine construction and pile driving company which operated for more than twenty years in British Columbia with Mike as Co-Owner and President.


Mike Scott, P. Eng

Vice President, Major Projects

Mike Scott joined FRPD in 2005, and became Vice President, Major Projects in 2020. Mike is responsible for the overall delivery of FRPD’s Major Projects and supports the company’s project operations, pursuit of new work, and contract negotiations.

Since joining FRPD, Mike has held positions ranging from Project Manager, Land Foundations Manager to Major Projects Manager before becoming Vice President.


Tino Isola 

Vice President, Dredging & Survey

Tino Isola joined FRPD in 1989, and has been its Vice President of Dredging and Surveying since 2008. Tino is responsible for the overall activities of FRPD’s Dredging and Survey Divisions and supports the company’s project operations, contract negotiations, client liaison and manages an extensive dredging equipment fleet.

Since joining FRPD, Tino has held positions ranging from Dredging Technologist to Division Manager before becoming Vice President.


Craig Longmuir, AScT 

Vice President, Construction

Craig has been Construction Division Manager at FRPD since 2008, and has held positions from Bridgeman to Senior Project Manager between 1990 and 2008.  In addition to his positions at FRPD, Craig has also held the roles of Machinist and Offshore Survey Manager with construction companies in B.C.


Ray Hallman

Director, Equipment & Yard

Ray Hallman joined FRPD in 2023 and is responsible for the maintenance of the company’s equipment fleet including our dredging vessels. In addition to fleet maintenance Ray is responsible for yard operations, purchasing and inventory that support the execution of FRPD’s many projects. Ray has over 25 years experience in marine engineering and training, first with the Royal Canadian Navy and then with BC Ferries.


Neil Bottrell 

Director, Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality

Neil joined FRPD in May of 2017 as the HSEQ Manager. His responsibilities focus on the management of FRPD’s Occupational Health Safety and Environmental Program and Quality Programs which are based on ISO 9001. Neil is a strong believer in the values of “Safe Production” and that our people are the most important asset that FRPD possesses.

Prior to joining FRPD:  Neil was employed with Rio Tinto Mongolia at the Oyu Tolgoi Project as Copper and Construction HSE Superintendent.  Neil previously held Senior HSE Management positions with Redpath Mining Contractors and Engineers both domestically and international.
