President & CEO
Responsible for the largest Dredging and Marine Construction Company in Western Canada, with offices in New Westminster, B.C. Responsible for a salaried staff of 64 and a field staff of approx. 200, depending on the workload. Projects include bridges, marine facilities, pipelines, clamshell dredging and rock work, hydraulic and hopper dredging, and foundation work including ground improvement, caissons, piling and shoring.

Senior Vice President, Finance & Administration
The Chief Financial Officer assumes overall responsibility for the Company's financial stewardship. Responsible for the costing, financial and management reporting systems as well as the Company's computer system. Regularly communicates with banks and other lenders, auditors, insurance and bonding, income tax and other government agencies. Manages our accounting and administration staff.

Vice President, Dredging & Surveying
Responsible for FRPD's Dredging Division including Sand Sales, managing the Trailing Hopper Dredge "Fraser Titan", Cutter Suction Dredges "Columbia" and "FRPD Explorer", Hydrographic Survey Department and overall responsibility for our Channel Maintenance and Sand Management contract with the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority.

Vice President, Major Projects & Business Development
First point of contact for all Major Construction Projects, responsible for developing strategies, in harmony with our Construction, Dredging and Equipment Divisions to ensure the success of FRPD in securing Major Project Contracts now and in the future. Also responsible for assisting with Long Term Planning, Business Development and Promotion of FRPD through liaison with key industry stakeholders.

Responsible for the estimating, tendering and execution of all our construction division contracts. Also responsible for ensuring that all construction work is done safely, efficiently, with the proper attention to quality of workmanship and within the time frames outlined in our commitment to customers both internally and externally related to FRPD.

Responsible for FRPD’s Equipment & Yard Division including Yard Operations, repair and maintenance of our extensive Capital Equipment fleet of barges, cranes, dredging and support equipment, Procurement of materials and services to support the organization, and Employee Care which develops and implements human resource programs across the organization
